The design does not stop at the drawing.
Most remodels lose their design in the gap between the rendering and the site — a substituted tile here, a fixture centred by eye there. We close that gap with annotated specifications your builder can actually work from.
Then we stay in it: answering trade questions, reviewing what arrives, and holding the details through to the last light fitting.
